Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return any purchased items within 14 calendar days of receipt from our couriers and will receive a refund to the original payment method for that order on those items ONLY.

The items can only be returned if their consumer properties, labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved; we reserve the right to refuse refunds if these conditions are not met to our satisfaction.

Defective Items
Customers are required to inform us if an item arrives with any defects and demand to rectify them within 14 calendar days of receipt from our couriers. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the customer. Items must be returned in all instances of defect.

Return Shipping
It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for return shipping; we recommend our preferred courier, Hermes. Please send all returns to: M.Chinn Wholesale, 107 Rugby Road, Binley Woods, Coventry, CV32AY.

The returned goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Customers need to ensure that they pack the returned items safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
